Gosh, it's been nearly a month since my last blog - have been busy sewing and quilting but nothing finished to put up on my blog.
Went in a travel bear swap with Thimbleprims Studio and had really given up ever receiving my bear. Sadly it seems my swap partner, Heather, did not receive my bear package that I sent back in March. Sometimes swaps are stressful!! Anyway, this lovely package arrived on Fri and was full of bears and accessories and some cute bookmarks. Thank you so much Heather - you are very talented. Even the little maroon bear is hand stitched! See more of Heather's work over at her blog - little bearries blogspot.
My daughter is due back from Canada/USA on 1 June - haven't seen her for nearly 7 months - getting a bit excited. Better hurry up and finish the quilt I am making for her!
The basket of bears are delightful and you are one lucky lady tohave them.
ReplyDeleteSome swaps are just lovely and new friendships formed Others Well the less said the better

Hi Jill :)
ReplyDeleteOh how exciting that she is finally returning home!!! WOW, 7 months is a long time but what a great time she must have had and so many places that she got to visit :)
The cheshire cat is still grinning away and being loved and hugged just as much as the first day he arrived *grin*. Everyone just loves him when they see him to :) Have a fabulous week!
